Polyurethane (PU) is a petroleum-based thermoplastic elastomer that offers a variety of advantages for use in glove production. PU coatings are resistant to tears, snags, and abrasions and offer unmatched tactile sensitivity. PU is soft, odorless, breathable, and free of latex proteins and chemical accelerators.
